Meet Your Oral Surgeon
Jesse Han, DDS, MD
Dr. Jesse Han is a dual-degree (DDS, MD) oral and maxillofacial surgeon proudly serving the East Bay neighborhoods he grew up in. After earning his dental degree from the University of the Pacific and his medical degree from the University of Washington, Dr. Han completed a rigorous residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. During residency, Dr. Han was trained by world renowned surgeons at internationally ranked hospitals in dental implant reconstruction, third molar and impacted tooth extractions, IV sedation/anesthesia, grafting techniques, and jaw surgery.
With over 3,000 dental implants and 500 full arch reconstructions of experience, Dr. Han brings specialty implant care to every patient he treats. Dr. Han utilizes complex dental implant techniques—such as zygomatic and pterygoid implants, to manage a wide variety of challenging situations. He also provides specialized care by utilizing the most cutting-edge tools available, including dynamic navigation systems like X-Guide, to achieve unparalleled surgical accuracy. His minimally invasive approaches helps patients recover faster and minimize complications.
Dr. Han is also deeply committed to patient comfort. He works closely with each patient to understand their concerns, preferences, and health history—offering IV sedation options and opioid-sparing medications like Exparel to optimize the postoperative experience. His calm demeanor and well-structured recovery protocols are tailored to help every patient feel supported at every step.

The First Visit Experience
Your first visit will include a comprehensive evaluation, detailed discussion of your treatment options, and plenty of time to ask questions. We slow things down so you never feel rushed and ensure every recommendation comes with straightforward insight. Whether you're preparing for implants, extractions, or bone grafting, you'll understand every step before we begin. We may need to obtain additional imaging based on the reason of your referral.

X-Guide Dynamic Navigation
X-Guide navigation offers real-time, 3D surgical guidance for extraordinary accuracy in implant placement. With less invasive incisions and greater predictability, patients experience quicker healing and long-term functionality.
IV Sedation & Non-Opioid Pain Management
We offer a full range of sedation options including IV anesthesia for maximum comfort during surgical procedures. For post-operative recovery, we also offer a long-acting anesthetic to help reduce or eliminate the need for opioids.
Biologic Grafting with PRF & BMP
We use Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) and Bone Morphogenetic Proteins (BMP) to support faster, natural bone regeneration—improving both surgical outcomes and healing timelines for grafting and implant procedures.
